When serving Peroni, part of its serve ritual is to always place the beer or the bottle on a coaster. To elevate the serve further we created up cycled coasters, using offcut material from fashion labels. The coaster changed through the seasons and doubled up as a suit pocket square.
The rituals of La Passeggiata were published as a book and appeared as social posts.
