Dave is an award-winning advertising Creative Director with 25+ years’ experience, having worked at some of London’s leading agencies including AMV, FCB, CP+B and DDB.

He’s driven by creating meaningful work that enters culture and earns attention rather than buying it. His work has generated significant earned media, including:

THINK!’s ‘Don’t Put Drugs in the Driving Seat’, featured on BBC Breakfast

The Monster Who Came to Tea, covered by ITV, the Metro and now part of the national curriculum

London’s Lungs, a 16ft E.ON installation highlighting air quality, covered by ITV and BBC News

A confident and compelling presenter, Dave is experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and building strong client relationships - something he believes is fundamental to producing great work. A testament to this was MINI consolidating its account into Iris, with Dave personally requested by the client to lead it.

Beyond campaigns, Dave has designed and manufactured a range of football scarves protesting Half & Half scarves. The work was exhibited at The Design Museum and featured in The Telegraph, The Independent, Shortlist, and on BBC 5 Live.

In downtime Dave provides good thinking for good causes through his creative collective ‘Good Eggs’. Theire debut work for domestic abuse charity I Choose Freedom was named the scariest Halloween campaign of 2025.
