Dave is an award-winning advertising Creative Director with 25+ years’ experience, having worked at some of London’s leading agencies including AMV, FCB, CP+B and DDB.
A media-neutral creative, Dave believes the idea is everything: it should work anywhere, then be shaped to the medium it deserves. Having led teams in both ATL and digital agencies, he is highly skilled in brand storytelling across all channels, with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple touch points.

Beyond campaigns, Dave also designed and manufactured a range of football scarves protesting Half & Half scarves. The work was exhibited at The Design Museum and featured in The Telegraph, The Independent, Shortlist, and on BBC 5 Live.
His work has won 7 D&AD pencils and multiple Grand Prix at shows including Cannes Lions, The Internationalists Awards NYC, COOH Awards, BIMA (twice) Fresh, and Fresh digital Awards.
A confident and compelling presenter, Dave is experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and building strong client relationships - something he believes is fundamental to producing great work. A testament to this was MINI consolidating its account into Iris, with Dave personally requested by the client to lead it.
